The final legal identity and postal address of the data controller will be added before customer accounts or live orders are enabled. Until then, this site is a pre-launch catalogue operated through the site administrator.
Information used by the site
WordPress and WooCommerce may process technical logs and essential cookies. If you submit the contact form, the site processes your name, email address and message to respond. Do not submit health records or special-category medical information.
Future checkout data
When live checkout is enabled, order contact, delivery, product and payment-status information will be processed to fulfil the contract, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and provide support. Card details will be handled by the chosen payment provider rather than stored directly by MeltStrips.
Retention and rights
Enquiries will be kept only as long as needed for the request and legitimate business records. Order records will follow tax, accounting, food traceability and consumer-law requirements. The final policy will provide a verified privacy contact and explain access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and complaint rights.

The site is hosted by Hostinger. WooCommerce provides ecommerce functions. Any payment, email, analytics or marketing processor will be named before that service is activated.
