Orders are not open. Final dispatch locations, delivery services, charges, delivery estimates, return address and customer-service contact must be confirmed before checkout is activated.
Information that will be confirmed before launch
- Delivery area and any restrictions.
- Delivery method, charge and realistic timeframe.
- Dispatch confirmation and tracking where offered.
- A working returns address and customer contact route.
- The statutory cancellation form and instructions.
Cancellation and returns
Consumers buying goods online will receive the statutory cancellation information before placing an order. The usual 14-day cancellation period begins after delivery, subject to lawful exceptions. For hygiene and safety, sealed ingestible products may lose return eligibility after opening only where the law permits and that condition has been stated clearly before purchase.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Statutory rights are not affected. Once trading opens, customers will have a clear route to report products that are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
